i can't believe i haven't blogged in so long!

Goodness! So much to go over! And I don't even have pictures prepared!

Wednesday was the last day of camp with the HHS Junior Hoyas AND my last day of Camp/work for the entire summer! It was a good day (very relaxed and laid back) and I helped the eighth grade team make up a little halftime routine to perform at football games. Katie and I won Rooster on the Roof for the third time... what can I say? We're just that awesome.

After camp, I went back to the Jones residence for a few minutes until I got a call from Caurie who asked if I'd like to go with her to get a tattoo (she would be the one getting the tat, not me). So we met at Lucky Draw Tattoo and Caurie got some work done on a pre-existing tattoo and a little something (in memory of one of her friends that passed away) in the middle of the tattoo. They used hot pink black light ink and I can't wait to see the finished/healed product!

After the tattoo extravaganza, I headed to the gym to do a little working out. I stunted with Jackie (and we did REALLY well) and tumbled with Smoke. I even got to talk to Strappy about Toddlers and Tiaras! She loves that show ("I don't even care about 'em." - Favorite Quote). After the night at the gym, it was time for my favorite Wednesday night activity... So You Think You Can Dance!

Katie, Bird, Kellie, Scott, and I headed over to King and Katie's (although King was out of town) and we ate spaghetti and bread sticks made by Kellie and Bird. I had seconds, naturally. On the show, Kayla was obviously my favorite and I was so annoyed with everything Melissa did. After the show, Katie and I headed upstairs to watch a little TV before going to bed and guess what was on? I Didn't Know I was Pregnant! So we watched that until we fell asleep... but I didn't sleep for long!

At 5:15 a.m. the following morning, my alarm went off and my day began. WAY. TOO. EARLY. But there was a light at the end of the tunnel and my eyes were on the prize! So I hopped in the shower, got ready, and jumped in my car. A quick stop at the gas station and McDonald's and I was on the road! Four hours later, I met my step mom, Susan, right outside of Charlotte. And she had a surprise... my new car! Pictures will be posted at a later date. The trade off was pretty quick and I waved goodbye to Loretta the Jetta (and Susan) as they headed back to Raleigh and I headed to meet Lexi at Charlotte Allstars!

At the gym, I met a lot of girls and a boy named Garrett that cheered on different teams. There was also a set of red head twins who belonged to the woman that worked at the front desk. Their names were Max and Mike and I'd never met a cuter set of twins. I actually took a picture with them on Lexi's camera and I hope they'll be posted on facebook soon! Anyway... at the gym, we all played around on the tumble tracks, trampolines, pits, and floors while marking routines, tumbling, stunting, and just having fun! But all good times must come to an end and I was out the door at one o'clock and back on the road (WITH AIR CONDITIONING!) back to Atlanta.

(I am aware that I am very sweaty... that means I worked hard!)

The drive was long and I got to Stingrays around five thirty. I played around with Yellow and Blue (Youth 4 and Junior 3 teams) and tumbled here and there around the gym. After Katie got off work, we headed to her house for dinner and the follow-up episode of So You Think! Melissa (hallelujah) and Ade were sent home and I wasn't especially sad to see either of them go. Throughout dinner and the show, Katie and I had a heart-to-heart and it was really good to bond, laugh, and even cry.

As of right now, Katie's asleep and I'm well on my way to doing the same. I plan on sleeping in tomorrow and then meeting up with Katy for lunch in Decatur!

Until tomorrow... and expect pictures!
